Easy to get started and use, supportResponse is a simple, easy to use, web-based Support and Discussion Application written in PHP/MySQLi and integrated with the Envato API. supportResponse provides you with a support ticket system that allows you to communicate with your users and/or buyers in a organized manner. User’s can register for an account and post/reply to the forums or create Support Requests to better communicate with you, and other users/buyers.

Registered User Features

Simple Sign up, Sign In and Account Password Recovery Registered Users can create new Support Requests, and have full Forum Access User Profile Manager Upload and Attach Files to Support Requests

Admin Features

Full Administration area to manage all Forums, Support Requests, Admins, Users and Site Settings Unlimited User Accounts Deactivate & Activate Users as needed Admin only area to manage All Registered Users Create & Manage User Accounts Full control over settings used throughout supportResponse
